DIR-3 KYC as per Companies(Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2018 dated 5th July 2018 is mandatory filing of DIR-3 KYC form for all stakeholders verify as director in private limited company registration/ public limited company / llp / Section 8 Company. MCA requested to all stakeholders/directors for filing of form to use DSC(PAN Based) in case of Indian Citizen i.e., DSC should contain PAN as specified in the formIn case the PAN or Director Name in Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) does not match with PAN orDirector Name entered in the form, they would be required to get a DSC with PAN or Director Name as specified in the form.
Every Director who has been allotted Director Identification Number(DIN) on or before 31st March, 2018 and whose DIN is in ‘Approved’ status, would be mandatorily required to file form DIR-3 KYC on or before 31st August 2018. While filing the form the Unique Personal Mobile Number and Personal Email ID would have to be mandatorily indicated and would be duly verified by One Time Password(OTP). The form should be filed by every Director using his own DSC and should be duly certified by a practicing professional (CA/CS/CMA). Filing of DIR-3 KYC would be mandatory for Disqualified Directors also.

Other Service Providers (OSP) LICENSE is issued by the Department of Telecommunications, such as tele-banking, tele-medicine, tele-trading; e-commerce etc will be allowed to operate by using infrastructure provided by various access providers for non-telecom services.
DOMESTIC OSP LICENSE‘Domestic OSP’ means the OSP providing Application Services in national boundaries.

About

Food safety standard authority of India(FSSAI) is a government body started online application system for Fssai Licensename as Food Licensing Registration System(FLRS) to facilitate Food Business Operator(FBO) to apply for Fssai online for manufacturing unit in India and FBO can track application on FLRS system with reference number provided by FSSAI during filing application. After approval of license, FSSAI sends registration certification or license copy to FBO through post, provided by FBO to FLRS System. In whole process, Fssai will take maximum 10-75 working days depend on basis of application. FBO can file application under system of FLRS for 1 year.
